Setting used when a Rule should trigger unconditionally, always. |

Code |
Unique custom ID within a Component used for CSV exports and API integrations. |

Component |
Name/label given to a calculated rate (e.g., "Base", "Night bonus" ). |
|
Condition |
Logic that determines if a Rule applies. Result of Condition is always True or False. |
| Custom unit |
Unit type used for specific time intervals, like overtimes or night hours. |
|
Else rule |
Fallback rule. It only triggers if the main rule's conditions are not met. |
|
Nested rule |
Sub-rule that lives inside another. If the parent rule is met, nested rule is checked too. |

Pricelist |
Collection of rules (type of Ratelist) used to calculate what you charge your clients. |
|
Rate |
Monetary value (hourly, flat fee, or % of something) assigned to a Rule. |

Ratelist |
Complete set of rules used to automate a shift's total calculation for pay and charge. |

Rule |
Single calculation row consisting of a Condition, Unit, Rate, and Component. |

Tag pricelist |
Rate attached to a specific Tag that affects the price for clients. |

Tag wagelist |
Rate attached to a specific Tag that affects the wage for staff. |

Specific ratelist used to calculate travel price you charge to clients. |

Transport wagelist |
Specific ratelist used to calculate travel wage you pay to staff. |

Unit |
The measurement used for a calculation, such as an hour, flat amount, km, or piece. |

Wagelist |
Collection of rules (type of Ratelist) used to calculate what you pay your staff. |
