Bonuses

OnSinch helps you to manage not only standard wages but also gives you many other options to reward your staff members with bonuses both automatically and manually.

πŸ’²Automatic bonuses

OnSinch can add automatically certain bonuses to staff members' wallets when a certain action happens in the system.

1. Shift closing bonus

If the lead worker closes the shift on time he can get a bonus for that. Go to Settings β†’ Agency β†’ Agency settings β†’ Jobs section where you can setup bonus amount and also minimal shift size for the bonus to be added.

The bonus can be also manually adjusted by the admin during the closing of the shift process. If the shift is closed by the lead worker later than its deadline, the bonus is lost. The time limit for closing the shift can be set in Settings β†’ Agency β†’ Agency settings β†’ Time limits section. This bonus has its own wallet record line.

2. Referral system bonus

You can reward and motivate your staff members for inviting their friends to be part of the team. Both inviting and invited staff members can get a bonus once a certain amount of shifts are attended by the invited staff member. This bonus has its own wallet record line.

Go to Settings β†’ Agency β†’ Agency settings β†’ Referral system to turn on the feature and change your setup.

3. Bonuses from Tags

The extra amount of money can be added to the basic wage in the form of hourly, fixed, or % bonus using tags associated with the shift or position. This bonus is calculated together with the wage for each shift and has its separate line in the wage record breakdown.

πŸ’‘Tip: Read the full article about the tags feature.

4. Bonuses from Effects

OnSinch special effects feature allows you to add a bonus in the form of % addition to the wage, hourly, or fixed bonus. Bonus from effects can be linked to badges, shift length, or team size. This bonus is calculated together with the wage for each shift when it is closed by admin and has its separate line in the wage record breakdown.

πŸ’‘Tip: Read the full article about the effects feature.

πŸ’²Manual bonuses

Admins can always add manual records to a staff member's wallet for any amount that is needed. Use a wallet tag to label the bonus so it is clear to both admins and staff members why the bonus was added. Manual records can be associated with some shift or be left without association.

Example of manual bonuses in wallet movements:

Adding a manual bonus is also possible during closing the shift process.

πŸ’‘Tip: Use CMS to explain to your staff what bonuses they can get and to motivate them.
