Wallet tags

Organize your expenses with wallet tags. You can create categories for manually added records in wallets. Read all about wallet tags in this article.

Creating a wallet tags in your system to keep a better track about manually added expenses could be helpfull and ease your follow-up workflow.

Go to Settings > Finances > Wallet tags


Creating a wallet tag🏷️

For creating a wallet tag go to Settings > Finances > Wallet tags and in upper right corner select +Add wallet tag.

 

New window will appear and you just fill in the brackets. Name the tag, add a brief description, pick a colour and you good to go.
Description is handy for your admins to better understand the use for the tag.


Use for tags

  • You can use tags for filtering records in Wallet transactions section.
  • Tags can be added to .cvs export.
  • Better organization off your wallet records as it is visible to staff members and your admins.
