With OnSinch referral system, you can motivate and reward your staff members for inviting their friends to join your team. This can help you expand your workforce without spending valuable time on recruitment efforts.

How the referral system works ?
With referral system on each staff member will have their own special referral code available in their profile which they can share with their friends or send them invitation directly from the app. Newcomers will insert this code during registration to OnSinch and system then keeps track of who was invited by who and vice versa.
After staff member meets set requirements (number of attended shifts) both inviting and invited staff member receive automatically the special bonus to their wallets.
Setting up the referral system
Go to Settings → Agency settings → Referral system section to manage your setup.
- Invited staff member bonus = money bonus new staff member will get if attended set number of shifts.
- Invitig staff member bobnus = money bonus staff member who invited newcomer will get if this new staff member successfully worked set number of shifts.
- Decide how many shifts the staff member must attend to be allowed to invite someone - this gives you the option to allow invitation only to reliable staff members. Before the criteria is met app will inform user about how many more shifts needs to be attended.
- Set how many shifts new invited staff member has to attend to get the invitation bonus.
- Attendance can be required strictly good = invited staff member needs to have no late arrivals and no unexcused absences. Otherwise both invited and invitig staff member are losing the opportunity to get the bonus. Excused absences do not have affect on the bonus.
- You can setup delay in days before the bonus appears in staff wallets. This is useful in case when you reopen and change the shifts after they happened and the changes can lead to losing the refferal bonus (e.g. late arrivals).
❕Note: Changes in referral system settings does not apply to already registered users ⇒ the conditions valid at the time of their registration applies to them.
Bonuses in staff wallets 💲
After needed amount of shifts is worked, the system will automatically add respective amount to staff members' wallet along with information to who this bonus reffers to. Bonuses are paid out together with wages during payouts depending on your payout policy.
You have always the option to remove the bonus manually as an admin from staff member wallet if needed.
