Make your workplace more connected and cohesive by having profile pictures of your team members in your system.
Having profile pictures of your staff members in OnSinch makes all the difference. It makes your OnSinch and work organizing more personalized and professional.
Picture can be added in two ways - by Admin and by Staff member themself.
Profile picture added by admin ✏️
- Go to staff member's profile and select edit option on thier profile picture placeholder.
- In the next step just upload a picture in 200x200px format and save.
- From here the last step is to approve the profile picture.
💡When declining profile picture, you can always add note for your staff member to know what they should improve.

- Staff member can also upload profile picture by themself by selecting Upload profile picture in their profile's detail.
- After they upload their picture, you as an admin have to view the picture and either approve or decline. Go to Staff > Profile checks > Photos to approve in menu.
💡Get notified about changes in staff member's profile by turning your notifications ON. Go to Your profile > Notification settings > Staff management.
❕In Settings you can always adjust the visibility of the staff member's profile picture. Go to Agency settings > Users accounts
Creating a composite card 📇
If you want your client to choose suitable staff members, create a composite card for better representation of your team.
Creating composite card is done in Setting > Documents setting > Composite card
This section is costumizable. Select from variety of placeholders to choose the needed information about your staff member. Adjust to your likings and after searching a staff member the selected information is filled.
❗Make sure that you have created attributes for the informations you want to add to a composite card.
You can upload up to four pictures, just create a new attribute with type selection of Gallery so the staff member can add multiple pictures at once.
This is suitable when your client is organizing high profile event.
Making a profile picture a requirement
You can set profile picture as a requirement for staff member to apply for shift. Go to Agency settings > Jobs > select a Require approved photo to join a shift to Yes.
By this setting, you ensure that only staff member with uploaded and approved profile picture on their page can sign in for the shift.
💡Their profile picture can be generated for other documents too like Attendace timesheet.
