Document settings

OnSinch offers you the option to generate various types of PDF documents, such as invoices, billing breakdowns, or attendance records, along with the ability to adjust the design of these documents.

Go to Settings Documents settings to edit your PDF docs templates.

  • In this section you can change footers and notes tobe displayed in your documents. The documents are generated from order and job level. Timesheets can be generated also on shift level.
  • You can have different template for classic invoices and for invoices in reverse charge.
  • Staff timesheet and Client timesheet is the exact same document but you can have different settings for each - e.g. to hide  phone numbers and profile photos.
  • If you are using OnSinch in more languages you can have different fields content for each language. 
  • You can check the preview on the right side of the page.

💡Tip: Logo for documents can be uploaded in Settings → Agency →Theme Files section.

  • In this section you can also set up your Composite card - PDF with custom-branded staff member profile cards that contain selected information and/or photos. It can be used in hostessing, casting, and the event industry when there is a need to present available staff members to a customer who orders your services.
