Adding new staff to database

The creation of a new staff member profile in OnSinch offers three options, including self-registration, manual creation by an admin, and utilization of the public API.

Go to Staff Staff list to see and manage your staff database.

1. Staff member registers themselves

You can enable candidates and new staff members to self-register on your OnSinch homepage either directly or through a hidden registration link. Notifications and features ensure you have an overview and options to manage new profiles, making it convenient for building a growing pool of candidates.

2. Staff member is added by admin

Admins can manually add a new staff member profile, useful for pre-creating accounts, managing ''ghost'' profiles, and profiles of individuals you don't want to have access to the system.

3. Staff member is added via API

With active API connection you can use available endpoints for creating new profiles via API connection. You can set in API configuration e.g. whether the profile should be imported as verified or if the invitation should be sent automatically or if these actions will be done by admin manually.
