Staff list

This feature allows you to see all of your staff members in one place and will enable you to do a handful of actions without having to do them individually. Let’s look at all its functions.


The staff list section provides a clear overview of your staff members. From here, you can perform multiple actions, from sending an email to exporting data. All registered staff members are listed here, so it also serves as a workers database.

On the main page you can access the latest data about their status, last attended shift and contact details. You also have options to view or edit the worker’s profile. The staff list page is efficient for bulk actions.


Communication 📨

This page enhances your communication process by enabling you to send emails, news, push notifications, and more in bulk.

Simply select your desired recipients > scroll to the bottom of the page > choose your preferred communication method, and the system automatically prefills the email addresses for you.

This process allows for smoother and more time-efficient communication with your staff members.


Exports 📂

You can also export worker data into a CVS file for continuous work.

Select the specific sections of data you wish to export - whether it's form attributes, basic personal information, or contracts - and click Export

Composite cards 🖼️

If a client wishes to view and select staff members before an event, you can easily generate composite cards for your preselected workers without the need to create them individually.

Simply select the desired staff members, scroll down the page, and click “Generate Composite Card.” This efficient process saves time and ensures that your client has all the information they need at a glance.

The composite cards are going to be generated into one neat PDF file which you can present to your client.

Adding staff ➕

A valuable feature of this page is the option to add workers directly to a shift. Once your order is created and you have a specific staff members in mind, just pick your workers > select +Add staff and choose whether to add them as a worker or an applicant.

Then choose the right shift and save.


Filtering 🔍

 The filter feature is one of the most essential and frequently used tools on this page, offering a wide range of options and attributes to filter from.

This filter is not only valuable for everyday tasks but can also assist in more specific situations. For instance, it can help you identify staff members without a contract or those who have never attended a shift, enabling you to take appropriate actions as needed.

On a daily basis, the filter is instrumental in checking your workers' availability, ensuring that when you create a shift, you have the right team members to choose from and clear information about capacity. Additionally, switching to the timeline view provides a visual overview of your workers' availability, further enhancing your ability to manage staffing effectively.
