Widget glossary

Here you will find a list of all the widgets that can be set on your dashboard to maximize its potential.

Summary

Shift flow

This widget demonstrates a visual timeline of shifts. You can see how many are there ahead of you and how many already ended and need to be closed.

In the widget's setting, you can turn on and off the ones which are your main priority.

Size of positions

See how many empty or filled positions you have for upcoming shifts. The green box indicates your total amount of filled positions and the red one shows you how many positions are not filled yet.

If you have to target a specific profession or role, filter these options in the widget's settings.

Finances

Showing you a quick overview of important financial parts of the system that are waiting for action. 

Staff

Can be useful for informing you about changes in a worker's profile and/or about a new one created. These profile updates are waiting for your approval or double check.

Opened to-do tasks

You will always have the counter of unresolved tasks categorized. You can click through them to open more details about the tasks. Easily recognize your tasks and the ones you have given.

Communication

The communication widget in the summary shows you appointments and SMS that are deserving of your attention.


Work

Opened orders

Get a clear overview of all your opened orders at the moment to see what is in the pipeline.

Red warning signs are signaling to you, that the order has not been active for a while.

The settings can help you filter out only your orders or orders by company. Can be useful for searching for specific types of orders.

Price quotes

List of all open price quotes that are waiting for resolution. The red warning sign is signaling to you, that the price quote has not been active for a while.

Orders to finish

This widget shows you orders with closed shifts that are waiting for invoicing or final closure.

To confirm

Once a client places an order request, you can see the list of shifts to confirm on your dashboard using this widget. By having this overview, any shift won't slip your mind.

Shifts that lack staff

To be sure your shifts are fully allocated set this widget on your dashboard to see the ones that need your focus. You will have all the main information about the shift and position.

Upcoming

To see a list of what is ahead of you and to have easy access to the shifts that are coming. You can also find here the information about the occupancy for these shifts. 

Running

The running shifts widget shows the ones currently happening. You have to most important shifts at the moment on your hands and easily accessible.

Finished shifts

In this category is the list of finished shifts that are waiting to be closed by a lead worker. The lead worker had recorded an attendance and now has to confirm and close the shift. 

To close by admin

Once a lead worker closes the shift, it is waiting for your approval and final closure.

Pending confirmation requests

To see which confirmations are pending a response, add this widget to your dashboard to take action before the shift.

Attendance overview

If you want to know the attendance of running shifts, set this widget to your dashboard to see the current staff status of each shift.


Finances

Payout requests

If you allow your staff members a payout request, this widget will show you the pending ones so you don't miss any. It will also show you the ones generated in the batch request section so you know the status of the payout process.

Unpaid invoices

After the invoice was issued, it is waiting to be paid. Here you will see the invoices that were not marked as paid till the due date. This widget highlights the invoices that need to be resolved.

Reimbursements

If your staff member paid for something out of their own pocket and asked for reimbursement, you can see all of the pending ones with their own widget. You can see the amount, who requested it, and the association to a shift.

Staff 

Feedback

To always be in the know about recently finished shifts and how they went, set a feedback widget on your dashboard. It will show you the shift associated, with what the feedback was given to, the type of feedback, and others.

Expiring profile attributes

Always be alerted to your staff members' attributes with expiration dates so you can take action. Useful when your staff members upload certificates into their profile.


Communication

Appointments

List of upcoming appointments and all important information. Get a first-glance awareness of meetings like staff training or payouts.

Received messages

If you are using an SMS gateway to which the staff members can respond to, add this widget to your dashboard and don't miss any messages. The widget will show you unread messages from your staff members.


Your To-Do tasks

Showing you the tasks that are assigned to you by your colleagues or yourself so you don't miss anything. As opposed to the "Open to do tasks" widget, this one focuses on your tasks and gives you more detailed information about them.


Needs attention

Useful widget to inform you about issues that might require special operative attention. By setting the filter you can choose your main area of focus.
