History log & comments

OnSinch tracks every action that is done in the system therefore it is easy to keep track of the changes and in case of mistakes to quickly find the cause of it.

In each staff member profile you have full history of what happened in the profile - what changes were made, when and if it was done by admins or staff member. 

Orders and shifts

Complete history log can be found in each order and shift - you can check what changed in shifts, positions or attendnace, who did the change and when.
