Generating PDF documents

With OnSinch you can generate PDF documents directly from the system. Not only invoices and billing documents, but also accreditations or timesheets.

Invoices & financial documents 

• Price quote documents can be generated from the order and sent to the customer as a pre-calculation and service offer. You can generate this on order or job level.
• Proforma invoices can be generated from open order.
• Final invoices can be issued from the order once all the shifts in the order are closed by admin.
• Credit notes can be issued from the order that was finished with the final invoice.
• Billing documents contain detailed service calculation you provided to your client. There are various template options for this document depending on how detailed you want it to be.
  • This document can be sent automatically with the invoice from the system. This can be set in Settings →  Agency settings → Invoice management section.

Attendance & staff documents

• Attendance overveiw contains the final confirmed attendance of all the staff members before or/and after the shift is closed. It can be generated with or without prices. You can generate this on order or job level.
  • This document can be sent automatically with the invoice from the system. This can be set in Settings →  Agency settings → Invoice management section.
• Staff timesheet & Client timesheet - these documents can be generated before and after shifts and include planned work times. You can generate this on order, job, or shift level.
• Accreditation - you can generate accreditation for all staff members from one shift, job, or whole order. Pick what fields from Personal attributes you want to have in the document.
• Composite card - PDF with custom-branded staff member profile presentation, useful mainly for hostessing, castings, and an event industry when there is a need to present staff to your clients.
