Before you start inviting your staff do your OnSinch instance, there is one critical step you need to take: setting up your legal documents. Ensuring that your GDPR (Privacy Policy) and Terms & Conditions are in place is a legal necessity. In OnSinch, these documents are integrated directly into the registration process. This means that before a staff member can successfully create an account, they must read and explicitly approve these policies.
❗Note: Populate these fields before inviting your staff. If a staff member registers before you upload your specific documents, they will be agreeing to default or empty terms, which can lead to legal complications for your business later on.
How to upload your legal documents
Updating your legal policies is straightforward and can be done in just a few clicks within your agency settings.

Navigate to Settings

Go to Agency theme settings.

Locate the tab labeled Texts.

Scroll down to the Legal policy and Privacy policy sections.
In these sections, you can paste the full text of your documents. Once you click Save, these texts will automatically appear as clickable links on the staff registration page.
