Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions

Before you start inviting your staff do your OnSinch instance, there is one important step you need to take: uploading your legal documents. Find out more in this guide.

The Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are two mandatory legal registration documents presented to every registering user, without explicitly agreeing to them, a staff member cannot complete their registration.

Ensuring that your GDPR (Privacy Policy) and Terms & Conditions (Legal Policy) are in place is a legal necessity. In OnSinch, these documents are integrated directly into the registration process. This means that before a staff member can successfully create an account, they must read and explicitly approve these policies.

Upload your documents before inviting your staff. If a staff member registers before you upload your specific documents, they will be agreeing to empty terms, which can lead to legal complications later on.

How to upload registration documents

Updating your legal policies is straightforward and can be done in just a few clicks within your agency settings.

  1. Navigate to Settings →  Agency →Theme.

  2. Locate the tab labeled Texts.

  3. Scroll down to the Legal policy and Privacy policy sections.

In these sections, you can paste the full text of your documents. Once you click Save, these texts will automatically appear as clickable links on the staff registration page.
