Agency Settings

Set up default options to streamline your day-to-day process, from setting up a rating system to managing your invoices.

In Agency settings you can manage 16 different categories with various functions.

Go to Settings > Agency > Agency settings

These settings allow you to customize the platform to suit your agency's specific needs, giving you control over managing jobs, staff, invoicing, referral systems, and more. Once configured, these settings are reflected in your daily workflow, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

The most used functions:

  • Enforce contract wage limits - ensure that the system notifies you when a staff member cannot be assigned to a shift because it would exceed their contract wage limits. With this function turned on, you can avoid overstepping budgeted pay limits.
  • Requirements for joining a shift - refer to the criteria a staff member must meet to be able to sign up for a shift. This typically includes having a complete profile, a verified profile, or a valid contract in place.
  • Allow staff to upload documents to shifts - it can vary from proof of onsite presence to receipts.
  • Default amount of days for invoice due date - allows you to set a standard due date for invoices. While you can still customize individual due dates for specific clients, this default setting ensures a consistent payment timeline for everyone.
  • Not enough staff warning in an upcoming job - lets you configure when the system should alert you if a shift is understaffed.
  • Shift locked by default - useful when you want to review candidates before confirming their shift assignment. With this function turned on, staff members can apply for shifts as applicants.
  • Allow staff to request payouts - this enables your staff members to request payouts for wages. This request needs to be confirmed by the admin first.

Most functions come with a tooltip that provides a brief explanation when you hover over the options, making it easier to understand their purpose and how to use them.
