The backbone of your OnSinch application – here is where the magic happens. In the admin section, you have everything in one place – shift and order management, staff and client database, financial records and invoices, communication tools, statistics, and general settings.
As an admin, you have access to the whole application but there is an option to have more admin roles with different levels of access. For example, you can have low-level managers with access only to shift and staff management but without access to agency settings or statistics. Such restrictions are always done by the OnSinch support team.
Admin profile
Your profile contains the system and contact information, you can always change them through the edit button. Another function is notification settings where you set your own personal preferences for the emails you want to receive.
❕Be careful not to confuse notification settings in Settings and the ones in your profile.
System language
OnSinch is supported in multiple language versions. Depending on your license you can have multiple languages available for all three OnSinch environments – admin, staff, and client.
To change the system language navigate to the upper right corner of the page > click on your profile picture, and on your name > edit your administrator profile and change the system language.
This change is only for your account, it does not affect the system language of other admins of your agency.
Impersonation
Administrators with the appropriate rights can open a staff member’s profile and log in directly to their account to see and do exactly what the staff member can. This is handy when for example staff member claims they do not see something in their profile or if you want to check the shift detail page from the point of view of a signed-in staff member.
Go to the chosen staff member profile and under Actions use the „Sign in as“ button.
More user accesses
One user can have access to more than his segments of OnSinch if needed. For example, you can be a staff member occasionally attending shifts and at the same time an administrator of the agency. The registration is done under one email address. Admins can add roles to users.
