Not subscribed to the push notifications
If you are not receiving the push notifications first, you have to check your subscription. Then make sure you TURNED ON the notifications you want to receive.
To make sure everything works, try the Test Push notification.
- Go to your profile.
- Open the Notification settings.
- Subscribe to the push notifications.
- Select which notifications you want to receive and which not.
- Try the Test Push notification.
Receiving push notifications twice
It might happen that you are receiving push notifications twice, and it is caused by subscribing to them on multiple browsers. To disable them:

Open one of the browsers.

Log in to the Onsinch.

Go to your profile > Notification settings.

Untick the toggle box to disallow push notifications > Save.
Still not receiving push notifications after subscription
If you have already subscribed to the push notifications but you are still not receiving them, the issue might be caused by our browser settings.
Android users (Chrome):
1. Check global Chrome notification settings:

Open Settings on your phone.

Go to Apps → Chrome → Notifications.

Make sure Notifications are On (switch enabled).

Check that categories like "Sites" or "Other" are also turned On.
2. Re-subscribe in OnSinch:
- Open OnSinch on your phone and log in.
- Go to your Profile > Notification settings.
- Try the Test Push notification. > If it works, end here. If not, continue.
- Toggle the button for push notifications to unsubscribe from receiving them > Save.
- Toggle the button for push notifications to subscribe to receive them > Save.
- Try the Test Push notification.
iPhone users (Safari):
The first issue you might face is using the wrong browser and iOS version. Push notifications for iOS are supported only for Safari and iOS version 16.4 or later.
If you are experiencing troubles, try to switch to the Safari browser and update to the latest version, or at least to version 16.4.
If you have already subscribed to the push notifications on the correct browser and version, but you are still not receiving them, the issue might be caused by your browser settings.
1. Check notification settings:
- Open Settings on your phone.
- Look for OnSinch.
- Open OnSinch notification settings and allow Notifications.
2. Re-subscribe in OnSinch:
- Open OnSinch on your phone and log in.
- Go to your Profile > Notification settings.
- Try the Test Push notification. > If it works, end here. If not, continue.
- Toggle the button for push notifications to unsubscribe from receiving them > Save.
- Toggle the button for push notifications to subscribe to receive them > Save.
- Try the Test Push notification.
