How to plan a standby position

In a few clicks, ensure a smooth shift and a full capacity.

You can plan standby positions in two ways. In the initial creation of a shift from a new job form or additionally in the builder.


The settings:

1. Make sure you have a wage record for the standby role for a specific profession in Settings > Wagelist.

From +New job form:

  • Click on the +New job in the menu.
  • Fill in the order and job information, and continue to the shifts.
  • There, in the Position section, click on +Add standby and select the profession.
  • Or change the role for already created positions.

In the Builder:

  • Open the order in the builder via the Edit button.
  • Click on the position for which you need the backup.
  • Click on the purple "Backup" button above the search bar.
  • Edit and publish the position.

 

Now, just allocate staff members to the position or leave it open for self-signup.

💡Use the  requirement to make sure that standbys will be qualified for the job.

❗When creating a standby position, you should always double-check tags, effects, and wages.
